Getting a Bobs hydraulic Jackplate 12 inch going to re do the wiring and try props. Will be a winter project will post pics.

Gonna be a complete restoration but will be a beauty when it's finished.

Just put front seats in after a recore job. Picking up a 12 inch manual jackplate to make sure it works with this set-up. Had a new alum gas tank built from the dimentions of the old tank added 1 inch to the length and height gained 5 gallons. Next is new carpet and back seat frame rebuild. How many inches above or below the pad should the engine height be? Will post pics soon.

Looks great! A have a venus with a 83 200 merc. 1 1/2 below pad lazer 2 26 pitch. Doesn't go bad but I know there's more I only get 57 on gps. Any ideas? Rpm is at 6,000
