Can any of you post pics of what a Ventura looks like with a windshield? And who makes one? Thanks

Not the prettiest of things thats for sure. lol

As for who makes them? Im pretty sure that the answer for that will be... No one! Your going to have to find a used one if you want one. They havent made that boat in over 20 years now and they were made for that boat. I personally think the Venturas look WAY better without the windshield.

It looks UGLY

The windshield that came with my boat is resting peacefully in a city dump somewhere

I'll try and find one of my boat. It's a 1980 Ventura II and it looks a lot better with it than Hydrostream earlier versions. There is no frame, curved backwards and smoked. I took it off to replace a broken one a long time ago and boy did the Ventura looked ugly without it. Now a corner piece broke and I'm trying to find a replacement also.

That Ventura in the pic was mine before restoration. Hydrostream used those windshields to appeal more to the "skier" crowd. I pulled some competitive level water skiers behind mine and it was agreed that that boat put out one of the best slalom wakes of any boat they ever skied behind and with the V6 it had plenty of power for deep water starts. That hull will always be known for speed and great handling but with the combination of hull, windshield and the back to back seats it was in fact an amazing ski boat.
I removed that windshield in that pic and cut it down to about 8" high and removed the top frame after the boat was restored. It looked real good like it was meant to be and deflected 90% of the wind over your head and made the ride more comfortable and eliminated taking beetles to the face.
As far as finding the tinted windscreen that later Venturas came with, I wish anyone good luck. That was the one and most thing I wanted for my Ventura and searched in vain for years and never received one hit. I've never even seen one in person.
