You can also put more then one image in a post. Save from making a bunch of posts.

The center section looks to still be bad! But intact that is wood that I had to remove due to the soft spot on the floor. That part is tough as nails and when I tap it there is no delamination! The floor is only 1/2" plywood. Is there something that you are seeing from the pic that I am missing?

It is original! What do you mean core? I was going to just re-glass the bilge area and cover the foam on the left and right of the center

Uh oh....better have a look at Nosboss rebuild thread, all that destruction is removing the core. The hull is a 3 part laminate. Glass outside, balsa, then an inner layer of glass, the balsa rots away because Hydrostream didn't seal it properly, makes the boat structurally unsound.
