what hydrostream models was made in 2006

iam looking at a boat in new orleans bout to go buy it i think but it says a 2006 hydrostream they said it was a viking but i asked the fellow if it was a refurbished viking or restored and he said no it was a 2006 model boat didnt think they made one in 2006 iam i mistaking or his he b.s.ing me dont want to drive that far to go buy a redone boat i want a newer 2000 models hydrostream with out a motor if known were any are located at thanks sorry been mia for a while

Hydrostream here in the US had not made the vking in years. Maybe John up at Hydrostream Canada built it as he was still building them long after they stopped here. Ask if its a Canadian built Hydrostream. If he says it want and was built here, he its pulling your leg.

Unless it was the one and only one built by bottoms up with the original vking mold. I think that that is a blue one. Look up the user BottomsUp on scream and fly. He will tell you more on it.

there,s a 2010 VKing copy for sale here in NH its was built between the Minx and the Thunderstream by the same builder but was built to the Minx spec due the agreement to build was done under the Minx owner specs. Its black metalflake

k iam call the guy tomm iam sure he said it was a vking mite not have been when i find something out ill let you guys no iam really wanting the boat but i dont want a redone one i wold like a 2006 or newer how much they want for that one in new hampshire i dont need power got plenty of that

the boat is listed on Scream and Fly in the under 20 thread, I think he lookin for 8500 thats with power but the boat IS NOT FINISHED , he s the 2 nd owner of a boat that nevr got wet. the guy that had the boat built sold it to him cause he needed the money and had to give up some of his toys

If the boat is yellow, I remember one or two being built around that time. They didn't get enough interest in the traditional models and forged ahead with the "new" Hydrostreams.

I sat in a yellow viking yt @ jasper in 2002 or 3. I think Spaeth built all the hulls for the old style hulls of that time period. So yea, it could be an old/new v king.
