I got an e-mail from Aaron Wachholz who my brother Jeff is partnering with to build race boats in Minnesota. Howard Pipkorn mentioned to them that there was a hull and deck sitting in storage - the very last hull and deck to be pulled from the molds - and that he may like to sell it. So, he had them set the deck on the hull and take some pictures of it. Still deciding on whether it will be sold to the public, etc. But, this is obviously a rare and sentimental piece. Definitely historic. Again, this hull and deck have been sitting in storage for nearly 20 years. Still looks pretty dang good in the pics.

The hull will probably be available. I haven't heard a number, but thinking in the $3500 range for hull and deck. Mold location is unknown. I initially had said this boat was pulled from the molds. Aaron called me to let me know that they didn't actually pull the boat from the molds...this just happened to be the last boat pulled from the molds.

WOW! I am speechless.... What a find for sure. Some reason I could see Howard having a few secrets hiding around his shop and this is a fine example of one of them. I bet this could get more than $3500 easy.
