Thanks! Would be cool to meet up with some fellow Stream owners this summer. I mostly go to Mazinaw, Belmont, Moira and West Lake. I heard about Beaverton's AE21 from guys atWest lake this summer.They told me it had quite the paint job and was pretty quick to boot. Too bad I had to work.

Nice. Now that I see it, it is a totally different colour than what I have seen for sale. Steve's (Beaverton) AE looks incredible. There's pictures of it on here, I have pics and videos, but they really don't do it justice. You really have to see it in the sun to appreciate how deep the candy is, it is very well done. Hope to see you out next year!

I had a 11.6' hustler that a drag raced. 0-1000ft. from a dead stop she would run 76mph. Now im building a vixen with a sst60 motor and a 75hp shot of nitrous. Looking to hit over 80 in a 1000ft run. I also had an sst60 boat that i raced last year. Its not a hydrostream but still cool.

I have had a 77 vector for about a month now. This is my first HydroStream or sport boat also. It's a whole new ball game compared to the heavy weight bass boats I've owned. I have it center steer right now and debating on keeping it that way. I have a merc 2liter with horizontal front half with Chris Carson reeds wh-46 carbs velocity stacks and shaved heads cut for 140psi compression. It should be a screamer when I learn to keep it balanced on pad.

Just pledged the fraternity with the purchase of a '77 Ventura II last week. Bought it as a future project as another boat project will take precedence for the next year or so, but after that I'll dig in!

Looks like it will clean up nicely. Also, you seem to be missing something there. <--- That thing right there.

Oh, it's not missing. I know right where it is. I actually had the motor before I bought the boat. It's an early 80s Johnrude cross flow 140. It'll get dressed up as a 1976 Johnson 135 when she's put together.
