Old Valero "XT" test footage

Post: # 5139Post Scaryfast »

I was visiting my Dad and came across this old video that Howard had sent him. It was a test of one of the very first production Valero YTs (the tape calls the boat a Valero XT - possibly done before the official naming although the 1985 brochure calls it a YT...who knows). Anyway, there is more on the tape, but this is a small snippit. Sorry about the audio cutting out from time to time. It's a video tape of the TV playing the video tape.

That was nice to watch. I'm running a 86 Valero YT "XT" myself and love it. It will turn on a dime and will not slide. That tunnel really grabs the water.
