Looks awesome! How was that plate done if you dont mind me asking? And would it be hard to get me one? I can always do it in vinyl but an etched metal one would be super sweet.

Thanks guys! Interesting story actually as to how I had this done...

I WAS going to go with an etched metal plate until a friend directed to me to a trophy/award shop (you know where they do plaques etc.). They sold me on a material that's called lamacoid plastic, its basically a very hard plastic that has the appearance and texture of brushed aluminum (or any color you want). The advantage of this was that you can get a lamacoid that has a core of any color you want. When they laser engrave into it, it reveals the black core below and that's what gives it the cool etched look. On top of that, my total cost for this piece was only $30 Canadian so you save TONS of money over the metal one.

If you have a local trophy shop perhaps you can ask them if they have this same material? Or I can give you the contact info from my place but I'm not sure how much shipping would be from Canada.
