New to the site!

Hello. I have just recently purchased a 1988 Hydrostream HST. The vessel has never been in the water, there are no Coast Guard identifiers, never been registered. I want to find out as much as I can about this vessel before I decide if I got more than I bargained for. Can someone advise me where to get more info? Also to note, there is no title. I bought it in Georgia with a bill of sale only so I cannot go look on the title for any info. Anything you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Call your local license center. Has anyone checked the core and transom to see if the boat is good to run?

We have a guy coming to inspect the boat. We found the HIN number with a build of F888. Am I allowed to post pics here?

I have had several guys tell us that they believe that our boat is a comp hull.

Well I was going to put some photos but this is alien technology for me. I don't know how to add photos.

Not familiar with the HST, but looks like some sort of comp. I think they usually have a floor.

Just had the boat weighed and it came in at 640lbs certified scales. Interested in knowing the weights of hst's if anyone knows.

HST had a factory weight of approx 900 lbs. That's with interior of 2 front bucket seats and a rear bench.

Welcome to the forum by the way! Looking forward to see the rebuild process.
