Today would have been Allen's birthday but he left us on Oct 2 2011 doing his favorite thing DRIVING a STREAM ....... RIP ......Allen

omg i just spoke with allen not long ago over facebook and it wound out that he knew my dad back when they grew up i had no idea he died until i just read this post and i am devostated i talked to him not long ago at all!!!! when did this happen and how!!

He was driving his friends stream and comin to the ramp when all of a sudden the boat veared off into the weeds , they said it looked like he was reaching behind himself to get something behind the seat , I know his father passedat an early age. the person I talked to today and many other times doesnt know the exact cause

Happy birthday Allen! Loved following along in your build here. Give the big guy a ride for me in the stream in the sky!
From what I head might have been a heart attack. They said he had just made a sweet pass and was turning around when it looked like he was reaching for something in the boat and then beached it on an island and never got up so they raced out there. Guess he was going really slow so other then Allen not making it back the boat suffered zero damage.
I talked to him a few times and was always a great guy.
