Hey Russ, that's what I'm talking about. Did you run it on your Viking? Call Rick 912-604-5595, or email frederick55@windstream.net. If we come to an agreement I can paypal or whatever works. How much? Pics to email?

Re: Need 26 - 28 pitch Hi-perf prop
I have run my 27 dah srx on everything and it works good. It might not be the best prop for every application as in top end but it has worked well on everything. Heck I cracked a yamaha drag so I ended up using my srx for the races in Omaha and kicked butt with it. I will be looking for another just to keep on the wall in case.

Thanks for the info Chet. Your opinion matters a lot. I'm looking for top end so it sounds like a good choice. How is it on stability running above the pad? Can you drive through it if it gets a little out of shape? The problem I have with the Raker I'm using is that running high it prop walks and throws the boat into the beginning of a chine walk over to port. I can drive it out, but it's a constant fight. I don't mind having to drive the boat, but the Raker just isn't right.

I have never tried a raker but I'm willing to bet the srx will perform a lot better all around. If you don't like it let me know and I might have to take it off your hands.

Russ sent me the SRX today, and I cxan't wait to try it. Your recommendation was the clincher. The prop looks great, and it is radically different from the Raker after the DAH rework.
