In search of a Bowrider Hydrostream

Post: # 21100Post rhino875 »

I am looking for a open bow Hydrostream.
I am open for any year as long as it is an open bow.
I would prefer one with a Mercury on the back of it but open to others.

If you have one or know of any for sale please let me know.

Thanks

Whats up man, I got an '83 Varmint in New Iberia, LA. I don't think she was officially classified a bowrider, but this one is. My father re-cored her back in 2011 to ensure balance for racing and her bottom is as true as new. If you're interested, I seriously do not want to get rid of her - this boat is phenomenal, but if you're willing to make an offer, I'd like to hear from you. It sits on an authentic Hydrostream (or who ever made them back then) trailer and it has been recently, completely overhauled and of no issue. Motor is one of many 2.6L Carb Yamaha set ups we run on this hull from our facility. If you have your own motor, I'd rather not sell this one but once again, I'm willing to entertain any offer. The Bob's 6inch hydraulic (actuated at the helm under full power too) was over 1000 alone, but talk about bad ***. It's currently set up as a sole seat, slightly off-center, but returning it to dual adjustuble helm seats side by side is no issue, also I still have the pad which was custom made for the bow.

Let me know. Just reply on this "board" and we'll get in touch if interested. I'm new at this site also.

Thanks :boating:
