
I would think 2 guys could pick up the front.
I think I have about 200 hours in mine but only half of that was the core. The bottom took a lot of time.

It is very stable and level and supported the length of the boat in the center. All the core on the sides is already out so all the remaining work in down the middle where the support is. I did find a double layer of glass down the middle, one added afterward, and there was core under that. It was really rotted core under the middle so I am glad I am taking it all out. The new shops perfect.I think the core was not under thew stringers but not sure yet. I should have most everything out today and ready for some sanding. I'll post some pictures of the support if I can find my download cable.
