1980 Hydrostream Vamp restoration

Primer has been all put down, and is now being blocked out. Turns out this hull is very wavy, so Im going to have to put down another coat on the topside when I am done blocking it all. But the surface is going to be like glass when its done.

Looking great! Really making some good progress! I wish all my projects went this fast. lol My lack of space right now is my huge issue. I would love to get going on my Vamp.

Another round of primer and more sanding. She is looking better now with no real waves in the hull. Going to block out the bottom today and monday and then I need to clean the garage so I can gelcoat it.

I am going with gelcoat. I want to do glitter on the topside, so gel is my best option.

Block sanding the bottom now to get that nice and smooth before gelcoat. Ive got one side done, working on the other side right now then I will tackle the keel to get it nice and smooth.
