Some of the floor in my vipers were curved. I believe it was required to fit into the strakes, where the hull begins to curl upward. also, in order to manufacture quickly, i can imagine there would be some differences from one to the next. sorry a few posts appear out of order, ive been almost done for some time and pictures are mixed up. she has a dual ride guide steering setup, and a ridgeback mid. 2.4 200 powerhead and a 260 cowl. seastar foot throttle is nice, ill have to get a pic of that too.

stringer box was ground down do remove some sloppy glass work. then reinstalled similar to factory. the variable is the stringer is now on top of core, when originally the stringer went to the bottom skin.
