1983 Voyager that has been in storage for the last 3 years. There is significant peeling in what looks like a clear coat over the gelcoat. Is this how they were made or did someone shoot this later?

Has anyone ever found a properly fitting trailerable cover for a Voyager? I am looking for a specific recommendation from someone who has one and can give me the manufacturer. Thanks in advance for any help.

I have a 1983 Voyager that needs a new floor. The transom should probably also be replaced, and there is every chance that the core will need to be replaced as well.
