Rut i dont know if your asking me but the rub rail im thinking of is a black rubber rail that goes right over the existing aluminum one from the factory. Wondering what others did when installing the floor board.... is it best to set it in on some thickened resin or just set the new board in and gla...

Hippie, thanks for the move I guess when i started this whole thing I had no idea what I was getting into hahaha. Any of you guys put on a new rub rail? one that will just go right over top of the existing.

So ive made some progress on the Vulture. Bill Im gonna design some seats similar to yours based on a skater cat's style. Chet im gonna do what you did and fill the splashwell in because it looks awesome and i think its gonna be easier then pieceing my splashwell back together(I cut it out bad) haha...

I finally got some time and pushed hard on the boat for 3 weeks, got it all sanded down and then added a layer of 3/4 oz mat throughout the hull, bonded in the new 1/2 marine ply transom (3 peices of 1/2"), made the stringers out of the same plywood ( 2 peices of 1/2")and just staggered th...
