Looking for a Cheap viking hull with papers .. Must be located on Northern Eastern Coast. (I'm living Quebec City, Canada)

The fun thing with this boat is that it is flying at 55Mph !! So if anybody is hearing of a Rotten Stream VKing of Vulture on east coast .. please let me know !
