Project was done last winter/spring. Cold here now,but i did plow down to launch as if i could dump er in. Hahaha

I had taken pic the whole process but lost a bunch. The boat was in poor condition when i got it. Last owner didnt tie it down to trailer and rear ended another vehicle... well from what i understand the boat was like a lawn dart and it looked like it. Had to rebuild the nose. If i have the chance to do it again i would not hesitate. A few things i would do different. I thank all of you here for the information that gave me the courage to tackle the task.
