I've been looking for a decent viper or vector for the past several months and this site along with s&f has kept me from buying a complete heap thats rotten to the core.

You are right man, there is NO ONE down south with hydrostreams. I have 2, and I think I'm the one that sent you a message on craigslist. Good luck with your search, its damn sure tough. I'm prob. an hour away from you, but you can come by anytime and check 'em out. I think I have one of the nicest '79 unrestored Vikings left.-Scott

given the price probably not perfect
And there are pictures of it in the first post of this topic - http://www.hydrostreamforums.com/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=408

Its the white one that is for sale, Not the blue one at the top. and yes, It needs alot of work but the price is right. Offer him $200-$250 and have a great boat to start off with. The hull looked sound when I went and looked at it. Just needs core and transom (And a paint job if you want it looking super fancy) just like every other hydrostream out there.

Where are you from? Watch the craigslist posting that get posted here all the time too. Some really nice ones pop up once and while.

I really wanted Oldskiers but it sold before I could come up with the cash. I have the cash now but there's no decent streams within a 500 miles radius.
