Recently found photo of my Hydro when it was new ...this Photo was forwared to me by 89 year old Bob Osborn of Mattoon IL....Bob drove this D Boat to Victory in the NOA in 1962 Image
Bob told me the Boat ran around 80 mph in D-mod and he was the driver of the boat from 1958 till 1962 ...This picture was taken around 1962....

I restored this Boat to Show /running condition in 2009......(restored version shown in the above earlier photos on the 1st page)....Boat was purchased on ebay in 2006...below photo taken 1962

Your Hydrostreams are outstanding.Man you said they are nice but i never thought like these.
You have lots of work in these boats. As i can see..Unreal.
Not sure if ya recall me or not im the guy that sold ya the short shaft jet stinger.
We where at three lakes.
Anyways how cool to be able for pipkorn to see your stuff.Hats off to you!!
That alone would be the highlights of my life.

Take care and i'll always look out for the motors and boats we taked about for ya.
Brian

I do remember you Brian and may thanks for the short shaft Stinger with the JET ....i am currently looking for a unique Boat to put it on as the Hulls on the Hustler would not perform well with it

Only 1 of these Hustlers is all original gel........The rest are repaints.......The Black Voodoo has a unique smoothed Bedliner on the bottom withe a Base clear black above the rub rail.......All of them are holding up well under the waves and water and seem to be taking the pounding well.......Canadian version Voodoos were not built by Pipkorn............The Green boat has a Modified Johnson Stinger with V4 carbs........All of my motors have Bobs Low water pick-ups with Bobs nose cones......Propping has varied but the Merc 10 3/8ths Chopper prop 13 spline has worked Great with a little added roll on the edge.
the trailers were all done in Black rocker Schutz for durability...(just cannot stand a peeling painted trailer LOL)

I found one Hustler in Florida, One in Kentucky and One in Illinois. I traveled to London ,Ontario to get the Voodoo...........Thanks for all your questions.......keep em coming
Brad K

PS, yes voodoos are still made but they have different tops and shorter transoms......
