They were too busy playing to notice the motor running or boat moving. It lasted about 15 minuets before they were out of the boat and back in my truck on the way home.

Great dog day of AE-21 boating!!

by JUPITER VALERO » Sep 19, 2011 9:51 am

My wife and I were getting the AE-21 ready for a day on the water sunday. As we were leaving I looked back at our two dogs who gave us that "don't leave us behind" look. My cocker spaniel flashes her eye lashes and big brown eyes and you can't help but melt...so we grabbed a few dog toys and some xtra water and away we went! They enjoyed the boat so much...we stopped at a local sandbar and they swam the entire day. I was concerned that the loud exhaust note of the offshore midsection would scare them but they were too busy watching other boaters, birds, the water, etc. that they never noticed it. The only thing that scared them was a few blasts into the mid 80's (which scares most human passengers anyways)!! (by the way, the Trophy Plus 27 works great on an AE-21!!) It wound up being an awesome dog day afternoon and the boat ran flawlessly!!!
