I think the viper will be ready in 2 weeks. My intake is getting the nitrous nozzles installed and should be back this week and i hope to have the bodywork done for next weekend so It can get a coat of automotive clear sprayed on.

I need to sell another motor to fund the 2.5 for the vegas. I need to get one sleeve installed and get it ported.

Well it looks like this next week for sure I will be home it's been about 4 weeks without a day off and I is ready to blow off some steam! I live in Winona mn right on the river so the vulture will be out lookin' for it's next meal real soon. Anyone interested in gettin' together give me a call @ 507-993 -3639 sometime this next weekand we could arrange a little get streamin' kick off as soon as anyone else wanted to. There are plenty of places to go with some awsome water to fly so let me know hopefully I will be around for a little bit before the next emergency takes place. Talk to y'all soon keep the tack in the black and the shiney side up !!!! Eelrev

Man that sounds good. I have been so busy with work, side work and viper restoration lately I need a break soon. I hope to have my viper done in 2 weeks and will be itching to take it out any chance I get, heck I need to learn to drive the dang thing before I have to race it.

Where are you at and where do you go on the river?

Guys if you are talking about actually running your boats below lake pepin is deffinately best. The further you are from the cities the less BIG boat traffic there is especially on a weekend Hastings, Stillwater, Prescott, all these are death wish places for our kind of boating. Just below Alma there is a great run all the way to Minneska about 20 miles of nice calm water pluss a big sandy lagoon to swim and party in. There is food and drinks at several bars in Buffalo City. A free boat launch on the Wisconsin side just off county A. It truely is one of my favorite runs on the river. Now if you want to lock through at Bass camp ( lock and dam # 5 ) This will take you down past Fountain City it has another sand lagoon but not as big and this run isn't quite as long either but it is still good. Then lock through again at lock and dam 5A and you will be in the Winona to Trempealeau pool. It is nice too but not many beaches along the side and a big long no wake zone through Winona. You guys pick a date and I will really try to make it you will soon see why my 'stream and I love this place!!!! Dano
