Almost done with core, I left the front part in so I could have more support while taking out the steering wheel, cables (going to hydraulic steering), and gauges. Now I only have the front 1/3 of the core to remove. After removing the core, I should be ready to get some work done. I found somewhere to do my transom and since they are more experienced than me with fiberglass, they will do the transom, core, floor and gel coat repairs. So, I guess i will move on to the motor. I was thinking of doing a rebuild kit for the 77 Evinrude 140. I will also have to start looking for a good jack-plate (probably just a regular manual with 6" of travel). Going back in with interior, I was thinking of two buckets in the front and a bench in the rear up against the spalsh well, incorporating a ski pole into that same area.. Well, I have a bunch of ideas, but don't know for sure what i will do yet..
